Used for assisting the expelling of Halon in cylinders without pickup tube. Mainly used for Halon 2402 cylinders and Halon 1301 cylinders with broken pick up tube.

Heavy steel construction with gearing to invert the cylinder in a controlled and safe manner from an up right position to an inverted position and back again. Safety straps and cylinder neck guide insure the position of the cylinder during the inverting.

Unit is mounted to the floor for safety.
